✦ HALL OF RESONANCE (LEADERBOARD) ✦
„The Void does not forget. It weighs your deeds, counts your steps, and records how deep your soul was immersed in the secrets of the world before it faded.“
The Leaderboard (known in the game as Hall of Resonance) activates the moment your journey ends abruptly: upon the death of your character. Instead of a simple "Game Over," the Mod evaluates your past run and immortalizes your achievement on an eternal leaderboard.
1. The Points: A Classic Mojang Puzzle
The points used for placement in the Hall of Resonance are no invention. [cite_start]The Mod draws upon the classic Minecraft scoring system (Vanilla Score)[cite: 1554].
Where do the points come from? [cite_start]This system actually exists since ancient times (introduced in Beta 1.8 / Release 1.0) and is calculated using a fixed Mojang formula[cite: 1552]. The score on the death screen corresponds exactly to the total amount of raw experience points (XP) you have collected in your current life.
Important: It does not count your current XP level, but the sum of all XP you have ever collected (even if you spent levels at the Anvil or with the Echo Trader!).
2. The Top 10: Only the Best Survive
The Hall of Resonance is an exclusive club. [cite_start]When the leaderboard screen opens after your respawn, it displays the world's strict Top 10 runs[cite: 323].
[cite_start]Every entry records the player's name, their exact score, and even the cause of death for posterity[cite: 927, 928]. [cite_start]When you add a new run, it is marked light blue in the interface so that you can immediately see if you have surpassed yourself[cite: 320, 325].
3. Rewards: The Path to the Lootbox
Death in the Stones-Mod is painful, but it is rewarded. [cite_start]If your soul is classified as "worthy," you receive Resonance Boxes (Gifts of the Void)[cite: 64, 1562].
You are guaranteed a Lootbox, if:
- [cite_start]Your final score is 300 points or more.
- [cite_start]OR if you make it into Places 1, 2, or 3 of the eternal leaderboard (even if you had less than 300 points).
✦ Higher Points = Better Loot
[cite_start]The Mod calculates the quality level (Tier) of your reward box based on your points[cite: 1572]. [cite_start]The deeper you were into the endgame and the more points you accumulated, the higher the Tier of the box rises (from Tier 1 up to absolutely criminal endgame loot on Tier 10)[cite: 1572].
✦ The Podium Bonus (Place 1, 2, and 3)
If you make it to the glorious places 1, 2, or 3, you benefit from two special features:
- [cite_start]The Safety Bypass: You receive your reward box completely independent of the 300-point limit.
- [cite_start]Visual Glory: Your placement is highlighted unmissably in the leaderboard with a celebratory color shade (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) for all players[cite: 327].
